Hervieux Dumez Reserve

This cuvée is a gem of the Hervieux Dumez winery. It is a combination of this year's harvest and at least half of the reserve wines from previous years, which acquired its uniqueness in the quiet of the cellars. In its essence, it carries the perfect harmony of three grape varieties, which gives it a rich aromatic diversity with a touch of biscuits and fresh grapefruit. The finish of each sip is slightly acidic and lingers in the mouth for six to seven seconds, leaving an airy mineral impression. Thanks to its full and long-lasting taste, it becomes an exceptionally harmonious and maturely elegant wine.
