70% Chardonnay

15% Pinot Meunier

15% Pinot Noir

Dosage: Brut à 4 g/l

Grand Millésime, balanced and sophisticated with a distinctly fine effervescence. Its freshness and minerality are emphasized and enhanced by the extreme finesse of the Chardonnay variety. Already upon opening, a clear roasted aroma (hazelnut, toasted bread) is released, accompanied by subtle tones of sweet sugar. The mouth shows a distinct generosity. The intense flavors of brioche and tarte tatin develop in a full and harmonious taste.
